In 2008 the Town of Tecumseh needed to update its website and in doing research found that Drupal had many advantages including offering a complete content management system. Our main reasons for upgrading were: to allow staff to update their respective departmental pages; to create a website that was intuitive and simple for the public to navigate; to comply with accessibility requirements; and the addition of new features. Northstudio developers listened to our ideas, offered suggestions and through a collaborative process the results were an impressive final product which has been embraced by our municipal council, staff and ratepayers.
