Being self employed for the last 12 years and like most of my business decisions the people and companies whom I choose to work with must demonstrate the same values and qualities that I as an entrepreneur bring to the table. When searching for developers to create AlpacaConnect.com my criteria was as follows; these elements were priority over and above cost for services:

Must posses and demonstrate new and innovative ways of creating this project. 2 years of concept needed a team of extremely creative developers to bring life to Alpaca Connect.

Fresh approach:
A team of developers that are flexible in creating cutting edge projects that meet and exceed today’s standards in professional websites and applications.

Independent initiative:
A team who will not just do, but advise and suggest alternative solutions for the project and stick to there reasoning’s for why they believe that a certain course of action will work over the proposed plan.

A team that suggests, advises, and acts in a transparent honest way without “Fluff”.

Dependent:
Must be available for meetings, e-mails and phone calls with speedy responses and are committed to producing results and addressing questions in a timely manner.

All in one:
A company that has expertise in all aspects of my company’s technical needs and are available for support, education and training as needed.

Respectful and Fair:
A Company that values its clients, no matter the scope of the project and is fair in dealing with that client.

Enjoyment:
A team who enjoys what they do and takes pride in having fun while they create, produce and deliver their products and services.

All of the above criteria are basically what Global Listings Services Inc. was searching for in a web development company. I work very hard at what I do and expect no less from my employees or other profesasionals that I work with. Dieter (one of the owners) is a many time repeat guest to Rondel Village. My website: www.soulharp.com was an unusual website to design as it is both a personal website and a business website. I wanted to develop a web site that had an appropriate professional appearance while at the same time, a site that reflects my artistic and creative personality.
